Rates
175$ Initial intake/evaluation per 45 minutes
$150 Therapy sessions per 45 minutes
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- What are my mental health insurance benefits?
- Do I have a deductible and has it been met?
- What is the number of sessions per year my health insurance covers?
- What is the dollar amount per therapy session?
- Do I need to get approval from my doctor?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a no-show or late cancellation fee,at full price for the appt. Please communicate; emergencies are understood; however, all patients are responsible for their appointments scheduled. Please honor this time set aside for you. We are open to discussing any issues regarding this policy.
